As the clouds broke and the last raindrops fell, visitors began arriving at the Grand Boulevard Farmers’ Market on July 11. Undeterred by the morning rain and humid summer air, shoppers strolled from booth to booth, visiting with local farmers and artisans while sampling fresh, locally produced foods. Bright baskets of seasonal produce added splashes of color as shoppers lingered at each booth, while vendors offered everything from farm-fresh fruits and vegetables to baked goods, smoked dips, jerky, and handcrafted specialties.

“The Grand Boulevard Farmers Market has been a part of the community since 2014, and our goal has always been to create a true farmers market experience centered around local food producers. Every Saturday, year-round from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., we bring together local farmers, ranchers, bakers, and specialty food vendors, giving residents and visitors the opportunity to shop directly from the people who grow and produce their food,” said Diane Kolopanas, Owner, 30A Farmers Market, LLC. “It’s incredibly rewarding to see families make the market part of their weekly routine while supporting local agriculture and small businesses. We take great pride in providing a vibrant community gathering place that celebrates fresh, locally produced food and the people behind it.”

More than a place to shop, the Grand Boulevard Farmers’ Market has become a weekly tradition where neighbors connect, visitors discover local flavors, and local farmers, ranchers, bakers, and artisans share the fruits of their labor. Rain or shine, it continues to celebrate the people, products, and community that make the Emerald Coast unique.
