While Tropical Storm Bertha kept Emerald Coast residents checking weather updates on July 21, Glow Health and Wellness in Destin offered something a little brighter. Instead of watching the storm track, local business owners and community members gathered for Glow After Hours, an evening of networking, refreshments, and conversation inside the practice’s welcoming office. Known for its personalized, root-cause approach to healthcare, Glow Health and Wellness provides services including functional medicine, hormone optimization, thyroid care, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and aesthetics.
Designed to help local professionals connect and build relationships, the event featured light bites, refreshments, door prizes, and plenty of conversation. “Today we are having a very special event,” said Angie Davis, Managing Partner, Glow Health and Wellness. “This is our first one and we are hoping for great success. We have invited other businesses, small business owners, and others in the community to help them network and be more successful in their careers.”
By evening’s end, the waiting rooms and hallways were filled with conversation, new introductions, and shared ideas. If the inaugural Glow After Hours proved anything, it was that investing in relationships can be just as important to a healthy community as investing in wellness, and Glow Health and Wellness hopes the event is the first of many opportunities to bring local businesses together.
