The American Cancer Society, with The Beach House, hosted a dinner to show appreciation to last years “Baron” and “Rancher” sponsors. During the award ceremony, many local businesses recommitted to sponsor the 2016 event, including Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, Destin Commons, The Eventful Planner, Emerald Coast Magazine, Emerald Ladies Journal, ValleyCrest Companies & Emerald Coast Catering.
“Salt Water Cowboy” is the theme for this year’s highly anticipated Cattle Barons’ Ball, where generous guests will don in their best Western duds and cowboy boots. The high-energy event will feature live entertainment, live and silent auctions, gaming, complimentary drinks and a fancy feast from the area’s leading restaurants and caterers. This annual Emerald Coast event will benefit the American Cancer Society by raising funds for cancer research, advocacy, education and patient services.
