Blue Marlin Realty Group has opened a new location on Highway 30A in Seagrove, to serve as a real estate office and check in location for vacation rental guests. Over 100 guests gathered to celebrate and snip the ribbon with the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce on August 4th, 2015. Following the ribbon cutting, guests were invited inside to view the extensive renovations and the chic, new coastal décor designed by Leslie Sullivan of Blue Marlin Realty Group. Guests were treated to margaritas, Coronas and a fajita bar by La Paz Restaurant and Cantina. Guests included local professionals ranging in industries including real estate agents, brokers, bankers, title attorneys, media and more.
